Lake Livingston Estates #3 was incorporated in 1977. The neighborhood consists of approximately 105 property owners and 250 lots.

We are a mix of full-time residents and weekenders. Our neighborhood is uniquely positioned with the lake in front of us, the state park behind us and beautiful sunsets all around us. Community property includes a pavilion, swimming area, fishing pier and boat launch. 

A quiet one-mile street loops through the neighborhood and is perfect for golf carts, exercising and dog walking. 

Annual neighborhood events include a BBQ cook-off, crawfish boil, Easter egg hunt, neighborhood garage sale, Memorial Day celebration, July 4th weekend, trick or treating and a Christmas cookie exchange.
