Texas HOA Website Law
The Texas HOA Website Law regulates transparency, accessibility and communication between residents and HOA operations. The law requires POAs to manage a website to provide specific information, such as: “bylaws, articles of incorporation and other rules that may govern the association. The POA is also directed to provide website access to other information relevant to POA membership: meeting notices, policies, and financial reports.”
